As we know the drop rates for Intact Plates and a couple of other high priced salvage items have increased, thus bringing the prices down.
But...
It seems some of the lower valued items are now rising sharply, are these lower priced items actually gonna become the new IAP and jump up to 30m etc?
It makes interesting viewing, especially as someone has totally bought up a few of these items.
:TINFOILHATMODE:
The CSM and the super powers with people on the inside are stocking up now in preparation for a sharp increase in prices because they know the new drop rate means for these items there are reduced drops. |

Lord Jita wrote:YES I have noticed this, have been very perplexed. I was sure after crucible the prices would drop across the board due to the "increased salvage from t2 wrecks" patch note, but the opposite has largely happened. Power circuits have jumped from 1m to almost 6m. I had a large stock of current pumps I dumped at 30k, and now they are up to 118k. I really am at a loss of what is going on.
Well maybe its just that due to incursion more people have ISK to spend on T2 rigs. And intact plate drop due to the supercarrier nerf so less demand.
First of all, I love your Avatar. It just makes me smile, haha.
This a very valid point. Capacitor Console's have remained high but IAP and the T2 shield ones have definately dropped. Might be SC Nerf related. Still, the jump on some of the lower items is quite substantial. |

Well it looks like someone bought up all the cheap stock from elsewhere in eve and dumped it in Jita. Back to civilised prices now. Still an increase on 4 weeks ago tho. missile and drone rigs are going ro rise noticeably. |

UPDATE:
Another jump in price across a few items. Buy prices up 10-15% on a couple of them. Noticing the amount available on the market isn't enough to satisfy daily demand. Defo been a shift in drop tables.
The shiny flying carebears will notice the most over time. |

The shiny flying carebears will notice the most over time. Micro Circuits Logic Circuits ANN's? That would be me. Medium Particle Dispersion Projector II Extends Ewar optimals to 70 km for a Lachesis 103 km for Pilgrim and Curse, respective to thier ewar. That means you can put a gun boat at 45% tracking speed and keep your tactical Logi off the primary list. Nothing to do with carebears
And there is that too. you evil bunny |

Interface Circuits Power Circuits Logic Circuits
All flying up in price. There was a levelling out when people dumped their stocks but we're past that now and onto the next spike. Too late to invest? |

I've noticed this actually. Plus when I've found elite spawns, the salvage has been rubbish.
So CCP have fixed a bottleneck by creating another. standard stuff then! |

Skydell wrote:I found my first Shadow in a .7 belt since the shuffle and he dropped a Power Circuit ironicly enough. So they are still in the belts, it's just a matter of figuring out what ratting patterns they want from us now. I never really figured out the reason why those spiked but that's as good a reason as any. As I said in another thread, these things are never rare as you can take any Interceptor under 14 mill, insure it and jet it in to space with a carrier and pop it with drones for the salvage and make ISK from it. The fact that nobody is doing it simply says there is no demand for t2 rigs. Due to penalty, due to calibration restrictions, due to steep diminishing returns on the bonus and on some, due to cost. The point is, they aren't popular.
Rich kids with too much ISK will always want more shiny bits on their fail fit ships. |

When i started this thread I expected a pickup in a few products and bought in then sold out. I Cant believe the increases keep coming. It is clear that these items are in short supply. I mean as an example; Interface Circuits have seen an increase off 400% and i dont think its going to stop. There aren't even enough on the markets throughout eve to satisfy demand so they will keep going up. I wouldn't be surprised if they hit 1m/pu by may. Power Circuits are doing well also, getting held down currently by small sell orders tho. Wouldn't be surprised to see them brake 10m |

Yamadori wrote:I'm sorry but what the hell are you blabbing about ? These have very clearly been market manipulations . There might very well have been a slight bottleneck/undersupply on the market as well .... but nothing of of this sort.
400% increase doesn't even come close to some of the prices that have skyrocketed. Specifically the interface circuits you mentioned are up to 370.000 from 2000.
Err no!
Missed the boat have you? |

Looks like we've peaked. that was a nice little earner whilst it lasted but prices are starting to drop now. |
